We are currently searching for a competitive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team member to work the Orange/Osceola market.  Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills, outgoing personality and must be results-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.


The Provider Consultant position at Physician Partners reports directly to the Regional Manager of Network Operations and will possess a high-level understanding of each individual department functions, including physician recruiting, credentialing, physician network operations, finance, health services, etc. This team member will quarterback the market, including but not limited to: recruiting and contracting primary care physicians, explaining monthly financial reports and implementing necessary actions, supporting and training physicians and office teams, monitoring and managing physician performance metrics and developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. The role operates in a fast-paced and engaging environment with plenty of future advancement opportunities.

  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellent project management, new program implementation,  quality improvement, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
