THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently searching for a highly engaged, self-motivated, enthusiastic Project Coordinator to work onsite at our Tampa office.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.  

THE WORK

Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail (OCD is a plus!).  This Project Coordinator must own it, be relentless and move quickly - no turtles allowed.  This position reports directly to the Core Operations and Program Management Department and will possess a high-level understanding of the company’s network of physicians and health plan partners. 

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, coordinating, executing, and managing various internal and external programs 
  • Organizing quarterly physician networking events across various markets 
  • Creating clear and concise presentations and deliverables, as well as, updating and maintaining company policies and procedures 
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Multitasking and attention to detail is a must

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related field required
