THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently searching for a self-motivated, energetic team member to provide maintenance services within the organization.  This individual will service our clinics within the Southern region (Winter Garden, Clermont and Leesburg).  Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills and must be results-oriented.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Tech will respond to repair and cleaning assignments quickly and in a professional manner, while adhering to company safety policies.  

Assignments will include:

  • Routine maintenance/cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by management
  • Complete work orders (HVAC, plumbing and electrical)
  • Assist with the daily maintenance operation of southern clinics
  • Floor maintenance (sweep, mop, scrub or vacuum)
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Service, clean and supply restrooms
  • Clean parking lots
  • Pick up and clean walkways and entryways

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven inventory control skills
  • Reliable and able to work some weekends
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
  • Experience working in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE

  • 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Full-time
